Boards of Cooperative Educational Services annual financial and statistical reports, 1948-1966.

The establishment of BOCES was authorized in 1948 as a means of providing shared educational services between school districts. The Division required each BOCES to submit an accounting of receipts, expenditures, and staff for the previous fiscal year. These reports also include calculations and approval of state financial aid for the ensuing year.
